I know this forum is about MRSA... but the MRSI strand is also agressively growing in domesticated pets (specially dogs). I was wondering if anyone in this forum has heard of MRSI treatments? My two Sheltie's have had it since Nov 2008 and we are exhausting everything possible for the cure of this strand as well. They have been on Amikacin, Chloramphenicol, Manuka Honey, herbs, Antibacterial and Aveeno Shampoos, etc. I hope I do not offend anyone by posting this here, but I'm desperate.
