Hi,

You may recall the coverage around a month ago on conglomerate 3M's
negligence in developing the MRSA detecting drug, BacLite. Many lives
could have been saved if this drug had been developed correctly. The
case is now going to court and hearings are being held in London this
week and next. Article covering the details:

anti-superbug-test

Court 80
First Avenue House
42-49 High Holborn
London
WC1V 6NP

Court case is Friday, Monday. If you are interested in attending - the
case would do well with victim support, and would like to get yourself
and others involved, please reply to the thread and I will pass on any
further details required.

Hi Linda. Thanks for your support in this. Here is the article
documenting the court case:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/society/2011/jun/12/3m-sued-for-neglecting-
anti-superbug-test
Here is the original article of 3M's negligence: http://www.mrsa-
injustice.com/news/3ms-george-buckley-criticizes-obama-while-ignoring-
good-corporate-governance/
I spoke to Derek Butler who unfortunately will not be able to attend
due to himself and volunteers not being able to get a day off for the
hearing. Could you pass on the details to anyone else who would be
available?
Claude - thank you for your interest. Please send an email to
p_baker1@hotmail.co.uk and I will pass on the details to you.

For some reason the articles' full URL will not paste. Try copying and
pasting the unhighlighted text into the browser bar and see if that
works. If it doesn't please do not hesitate to email on
p_baker1@hotmail.co.uk and I will send the link via there. Thanks
