Finding a solicitor to sue the nhs

My dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer over two months ago and he had been told he had it for a while before he was diagnosed. Me and my family feel that we have been abused by the nhs as they first said it was pancreatic cancer then bone cancer then liver disease then pancreatic cancer agian. They then went on to say that he has now got a tumor in his stomach and cancer in one of his ribs. it has been agony for my family as we would rather know the truth, whether it be bad or good. I need to know if i have a good chance of sueing the nhs as me and my family are very angry at how we have been treated.

Did your dad have MRSA too? It seems awful, there is a lot of information on here and it seems there have been some solicitors who have been in the news, I think because they have won MRSA cases, see this link if that helps http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/6148546.stm

Sorry to hear bowt your dad

Dear Matty
I am sorry to hear about your dad. You do have course for redress if you are unhappy, and the best way to do this is by using the NHS Complaints procedure. If you are thinking of taking any legal action you would need to go through a number of processes known as pre-action protocols before going down the legal action route. There are links and contact details on our website for organisations such as AVMA that would be able to advise you, and details of the NHS Complaints procedure, you can find us at http://mrsaactionuk.net and if you feel you would like to talk to us in confidence then we are here to help.

Having looked around for an MRSA solicitor myself, I've found a few so called no win no fee companies such as http://www.nationalinjuryclaims.com
Has anyone had experience of making a claim this way?
